| ChicagoPodCasters.org is looking for Podcasters in the Chicago area to interview and submit stories from the people in their lives. Submissions are accepted for both general interest and Hot Topic. No experience is required, only a passion for audio documentation of the society you live in.
The current Hot Topic is: Women who were in their 20's during WW2. Tales of their homelife both here and abroad. We want to hear about the challenges of raising children with husbands away at war, being a young woman in the industrial workforce, being abroad in a wartorn country, anything that gives multiple perspectives of being a young woman during this time. Break out your equipment and head over to the home of your grandmother, your great aunt, a neighbor, or even query the local nursing home for women who may enjoy sharing their stories. |
